Guess who is back home!?!

SPENCER!!!

Actually - I should prob first say that she didn't run away or anything - she was being taken care of by some friends over the holidays because we were traveling so much! But - when we got back - our friends asked if we would consider letting them keep her cause their boys LOVE her so much...and we decided to pray about it.

We love our dog - but to be honest, after we had to put our other dog Jake to sleep a couple months ago - and then find a new home for our Maine Coon because she thought Elijah's crib was her new bed...Spencer has been without any playmates. Eli is still a bit young to play with her - though, she's been REALLY good around him! Very gentle & loving - and truthfully, like a little momma to him too! But - she just hasn't been getting much attention from us.

Anywho - our friends called yesterday to say they have enjoyed Spencer - but aren't sure they are ready for a dog full time yet. :) And today, Dave told me that one of their boys was enjoying Spencer a little too much...always wanting to pet her & pull her tail & stuff...so - our girl is back home now. Sleeping in bed by Mikey even as I type this. :)
