1st Month...

At one week old, he looks like he's throwing up the "West Side" sign... :) That's what we get for letting him visit mommy's hometown of Brooklyn right away!! :)

Uncle Edgie is a very happy man...despite his nickname. :) We stopped by to visit after Elijah's first visit to the Devos Children's Hospital - Orthopedic Specialty clinic - for his second cast. He was born with a club foot and had a cast put on at 2 days old!!! He continued to have a new cast put on each week for the first 7 weeks of his life! Boy did WE get some dirty looks!!!

At 3 weeks, we already knew we were going to torture him with a pumpkin costume (I nicknamed him my lil punkin) As you can see in the pic below, he was embarrassed already!

Daddy and Mommy are regulars at the local Perkins restaurant. Eli made his debut there at 3 weeks old. :) He is still Mr. Popularity each time we go. :) A lot of the staff signed his cast. :)

During the first few months, Eli spent a lot of time sleeping on mommy's chest. :)

No complaints from mommy!!!
